Travel Week - Tuesday

Today's Travel Tips:

Check the weather forecast for your destination and pack accordingly.

Wash any items you will be packing days in advance (if you are leaving on a Saturday, do laundry on Tuesday or Wednesday), that way you have time to organize and pack everything.

Something I find helpful when packing for small children (2 and under) is to label a large ziplock bag with the day of the week (Monday, Tuesday, etc...) and put 1 pair of pj's, socks and two changes of clothes in each bag. That way, you've already got "outfits" picked out for each day and won't waste time trying to decide what to wear.

Also, don't forget to pack a dirty laundry bag of some sort (most hotels offer free laundry bags in the closet near the iron). As clothes get dirty, just put them in the bag. If you will not be doing laundry where you are going, then as you pack up to head back home at the end of your trip, your dirty clothes are already separated from everything else, and you can literally empty the bag right in to the washer when you get home!

Be Blessed and Encouraged!
